Sleep Schools

Hi! Has anyone taken their bub to sleep school (is it QE2?) in Canberra? What did you think of it? Did it work & is it worth it???

What about other sleep schools? How do they work? Do they use controlled crying or ???

Hi Ssmiles,

I have been to QEII in Canberra and i found they were Brilliant. they DO NOT do controlled Crying and will work with you to find a way to settle baby that suits you both. I highly reccommend them. They got lachlan from sleeping 40 minute blocks all night to having a good 4 - 5 hour block of sleep in the night, it was great. They are all really nice too!!
