stitch like pain

Ok well yesterday I spent the day painting around the house I was doing alot of climbing up on and off the kitchen chair. Then last night I was laying in bed and had the worst stitch like pain on either side of my stomach going up and down the whole way. I also had alot of period pain and really bad lower back pain. I got up and went for a walk and it eased off a bit. Is this normal this stage of pregnancy or could bubby be coming soon or do you think I could have just done too much? Sorry! I keep geting excited over every little thing lol. Today I still have the period pain on and off but that's really it. Any advice would be great! Thanks :)

hi renee, it sounds like it could be the start of labour, with my DS i had period like pains all day before i started getting contractions. So u never know! Good luck!! :)

The pains you are getting sound very similar to the pains im gettin although you are due 4 days before me. could we both be in early stages of labour?.......i think so. good luck with every-thing.
