Implanon and AF

Just wanting to know when people got their first AF after getting the implanon taken out? i'm on CD38 today and normally i am pretty regular..

AAAAARRRGGGHHHH ... Implanon .... my cycle was all over the place when I had it in and once it was out, it took 3 months for AF to show.

I had Implanon taken out Dec 8 and had bleeding starting Dec 31 (I remembered that as it was NYE!) - I wasn't sure if that was my period at the time as no cramping as I normally had with a period; and found out I'm preg a few weeks later....

Hi, i had mine take out about april and from memory had to wait about a week or two. My cycle too has been crazy since its removal, but this month i got on the Natural remedies thread and found some herbs that 'even out' your cycle and have taken those (feel like a pill popping machine atm) and have noticed a HUGE change in cycle and also in CM which was often hard to distinguish before. Also after 3.5 years with implanon and about 10 before on BCP i am for the first time with no hormonal interference, and boy i have no idea what my body is up to at times. Def have cramps since removal for first time ever :)

I think if you conceive straight away after implanon is a bit of pot luck, many women seem to, Not me :( ahh well our time will come. Good Luck

I had my impanon taken out mid feb, and was on the pill til mid march. I had a bleed 4 or 5 days after stopping on the pill..and from memory that was the first bleed since getting off the implanon.
I read somewhere that after having the implanon taken out some women can be extrememly fertile. No idea if thats true. No idea why if it is true.

I had my implanon taken out after having it in for 9months cause we decide to try for the next one and fell pregnant in a week with my little boy.

i would never have it again it was terrible.
