Greek Yoghurt safe?

Just thought I'd better make sure before I make a pig of myself:lol:
DH bought home a good sz tub of it the other night and its sitting in the fridge now tempting me!
I'm thinking it is safe though - I'm right aren't I ??

yeah I'm pretty sure you are right cause Yoghurt is boiled when made...! well that's the way my mum has always made it and she's greek! :)

opps forgot to add... it should say that it is pasteurised on it! Most do!

yep its fine... as long as pasteurised which any commercial tubs in aus will be.
