clomid after recurrent miscarriage
Hi Ladies,
I caught up with my FS after 2 early miscarriages (5W) and probably 2 other cycles of implantation bleeding. I've had a whole gamet of blood tests (including antibodies, karyotyping etc) but she has also started me on low dose clomid 5mg Day 5-9. Yes, 5mg! Although my blood tests have shown normal blood levels, she thinks that maybe locally the hormone levels ie progesterone isn't high enough to sustain a pregnancy. I was keen to exclude the other possibilities of what she called a luteal phase defect, hence getting the blood tests done at the same time.
Has anyone had success with this low dose of clomid for a similar problem? I'm due to see her again in 6 weeks.
