Co sleeping with 2??
Just wondering if any one does co sleep with 2 and how are you all positioned?
Arquene sleeps with us all night and makon usually half the night but cos Arquene has taken the middle spot makon has been trying to sleep on the edge(i dont really like him there)or i sleep with arquene on my chest so makon has the middle.
also we have a queen size bed and were thinking of upgrading to a king so it would be a better fit would that be the best option so they both can be in the middle?
also is makon likely to roll on to arquene??
thanks girls

We have had two in the bed! At first I used a safety rail on my side as Marisa liked being in the middle, so that way I knew Elijah wouldn't roll out, but as he got older he was fine :) We are contemplating a king too. To think I spent on that money on a friggen cot I should have gone straight to a king bed!!

I've only got 1 child, so can't give you firsthand advice, but how about getting a king size bed and turning it sideways? That way it is 1.80m long (same as a double bed) and 2m wide.
Just a thought.

We have bought a king size doona, so that we don't fight over the blanket. There is a tip for you until you get a king bed! :)

thanks kelly.. my mil has one of those rails she bought it cos she thought makon would fall out of bed, so i think i might borrow that until we decide to get a king or not.
but we definatley need a king quilt(but i love my quilt and to get the king one is close to $400) so not sure if i can justify it yet cos mine isnt very old!
but if we buy a king bed we will have to buy all new stuff any way

We sleep with both Bella and Patrick. Bella usually hops in during the night sometime (she sleeps in her own bed most of the night!) and PAt comes in about 1am.
When we were living in the Caravan, both Bella and Pat would be sleeping on the edge of the bed wrapped in my arms.

What about adding a cot (with the side taken off) as a sidecar to your bed? That way there is more room for everyone, yet everyone is still within arms reach?
I just can't imagine fitting 4 in our Queen bed... its squishy enough with the 3 of us! Although Kel I agree with the doona trick... we have a King doona for our Queen bed... after much insisting from me cause I spent the first half of winter freezing (thanks to the 2 male doona hogs LOL)

I would kill for a king size bed! My DS is almost 5 and is in his own bed most of the time but when he comes in I usually sleep upside down with Ariya (ie our heads at the foot of the bed which give DS and DH more room at the top. We have a bedrail also which helps make sure noone (including me gets pushed out :-) Good luck

so we have the rail at first on my side but arquene kept rolling in to me so we now have it on bens side so makon is on the edge and this is working at the moment!
thanks girls for all your tips
