To wake day sleeping baby or not
Hullo :)
My question is basically if it is advisable to wake a baby who sleeps a lot during the day so that she will be better rested at night?
My one month old DD sometimes has rather long sleeps in the day time. Her night sleeps have always been great in that she feeds well and goes back to bed without any hassle. I think she is able to find more reasons to stay up really late seeing as DH and I are currently both on leave and tend to be night owls.
Thanks in advance,
Neuri

To clarify, a long day sleep would be 3 to 4 hours. She may have 2 such sleeps in the hours from 9am to 7pm.
