I'm M-A-S-S-I-V-E...uggh
Hi all...this is #2 for me...I'm 26 weeks tomorrow and am huge - babywise. Was anyone else really big their second time around?
I'm feeling lots of pulling and stretching as I recall was fairly normal but am slightly concerned that this one is going to be gigantic!!
-
Yep, number 2 for me too and I feel like the side of a barn! I'm having lots of slightly painful grinding types of feelings very low in my pelvis which I didn't have the first time around. I just hope my little princess doesn't end up too big...
-
With DD1 I hardly showed but with DD2 I was the size of a small ocean liner!! I seemed to have more aches and pains the second time around which everyone I spoke to thought was completely normal.
-
Hun, you haven't seen huge until you've seen me ;)
Check out my gallery pic of me at 26 weeks. And trust me when I say that I am alot bigger now at 29 weeks too.
Welcome to pregnancy with a pre stretched uterus and stomach muscles.
-
Oh my goodness - this is number 2 for me and apparantly you are bigger second time around. I am massive and can't wait to get back to "normal" (if that's the right word for it). I am having this bub on Monday 8th (if it doesn't come sooner) so won't be long now... Good luck everyone. xxoo

Yep, I'm bigger this time too!
-
Hey girls, wait til your up to number 5 ;)
-
I'm massive as well, baby number 5 for me ..... Trish i looked at your photo , hehe bet i'd give you a run for your money lol ... that's a great pic of your belly :)
-
yep...certainly pop out alot quicker with number 2...;)
but rest assured that you will not grow to the gigantic proportions you imagine :)
and dont you love it when people say wow...'your massive' or words to that affect...you must be about to pop...

Oh Natalie, I got a lovely one on the weekend. Oh are you having twins ?? No I'm not. When are you due ? In December. That's 3 months away, you look ready to go now !!
Yeah thanks love :(
Thanks Sue, I'll have ot update it. There's not much between us date wise.
-
Yep this is my second and i already weigh as much as i did when i gave birth last time. Hmm! People keep asking me how long to go, and there's still another 2 months of growing left.... ahhhh And to top it off i have lots of little stretchies that i never got last time.
On the positive side, I am loving this stage of pregnancy. I love the shape of my body and I am treasuring every little kick and movement.
-
I feel like I'm ready to go now!!! This is incredible. This one seems a million times more active than James was and I'm certainly learning more about pregnancy this time around too.
-
This one is way more active than Maria was as well. and I am bigger - but I am afraid I cannot compare to Trish
-
I guess when you think about it everything has already been stretched once so a little bit of push and all the muscles would give easier than the first time round. I bet all of you ladies have lovely bumps though :-)
-
Hey Louise, now what are you saying ;) I put up a recent belly shot too in my gallery. Yep, even bigger now. My one saving grace is that I usually do most of my growing early on. Thank God I slow down some.
-
Yep, I popped much earlier with this baby too, but you might be happy to know that I'm no bigger now than I was with pregnancies 1 or 2. It just happened a little faster. Now, people are surprised when I say I'm due in less than two weeks.
Trish, yes that's a pretty good sized belly, but it is such a nice basketball shape! No extra tummy on the side, or extra weight anywhere else. That's great! I think you look lovely, hun, not at all like you're having twins any time soon.

Aww thanks Cricket. But I do have to admit the angle did me well. I have the muffin tops happening something bad. Noah grabbed them the other day and asked me what that fat was? LOL. Got to love kids hey. My belly is really round looks like a ball up my top. Could be worse I guess.
