OMG...I'm Pregnant!!
WOW! Finally, after 5+ years, finding out about the endo and blocked tube, and having our first IVF stim cycle and transfer....I get to finally say....
I'M PREGNANT.
It's only just starting to sink in now, after I read the beautiful replies from the ladies in my journal - Yep Sarah, you saw right ;)
I can't believe just how fortunate we are to have had a postive result from our first cycle!
I did a test a couple of days ago and got a BFP, but this mornings was much darker. Have contacted our FS and we are booked in for a scan in 2 weeks time.
Thought I would copy this over from my journal, telling how I told my DH the first day that I tested...
after I did the test I was so excited and grabbed DD's baby car seat out to see if it would fit in our car (3rd car since DD's birth). Then I stuck my HPT in it and when DH woke I told him I had a surprise for him. Walked him downstairs and stood him beside the car, told him to open his eyes and he couldn't see his surprise LOL! So I opened the door for him and he was like "Oh...wow it kind of fits in" I could see he was thinking "Is this my surprise? That the seat kind of fits in the car" Then he saw the HPT and asked me if it was a real one PMSL!! Told him yes it was, then he asked me if it was mine?? In his defence he had just worked a 12 hour nightshift on about 2 hours sleep, and had woken a few hours before he should've yesterday.
He gave me a huge cuddle and I think we were both shaking.

This is the bestest news ever Nic. I remember first coming to BB all that time ago & spending a lot of it in the TTC buddies with you!!
