Sunscreen
probably a silly question but i am just wanting to know wat the difference between "toddler" and "kids" sunscreen is?
DD is 1 on sunday and wondering if i need to use the toddler one or can i just use the kids one? i read the labels but both said nothing about age groups...
TIA

Normally sunscreen can't be used till babies are 6 months but I am sure that they are all pretty much the same.
I read the labels at work as heaps of people come in for kids sunscreen. I think it might be marketing they all seems to be 30+.
Choose a 30+ broad spectrum, water resistant sunscreen and you won't go wrong.

Thnx, i was looking more towards the kids one cos it was a bigger bottle and im pretty sure it said 30+ water resisitant!

im thinking that the toddler one might be a thinner lotion (easier to spread onto a wriggly screaming toddler) and maybe better for more sensitive skin? i dont know though just a thought

i was thinking that too widdly cos the toddler one was in a roll on bottle

I use the kids one for both of mine - started Oscar on that roll on baby one but went onto Nivea and Will basically started on that one and no probs. Have run out of the nivea kids and haven't found any new ones so trying a different one - have tried the cancer council toddler one and im sure it works well but is really thickly greasy and very difficult to spread on. Bought the kids 'le tan' one today so will see how it goes - naff name though!
