Metamucil while breast feeding?

Hi there
Does anyone know if it is ok to take Metamucil while breast feeding?

Yes, no problems what-so-ever (i have to take it like 3 times a day)!

ETA: forgot to clarrify where my info is from: i was told to take it from midwifes in hospital, GP, obs & my colorectal surgeon.

Same here. Have used it while feeding all thre children. A life saver for me.

should be okay, i had 3rd degree tear and ob & midwives gave me metamucil & laxatives to help the bowel

Shouldn't be a prob, they made me drink it flat out in the hosp as you can't leave until you've had a bowel movement.
