this may be a stupid question..but do u start getting contractions before ur water breaks usually or can ur waters break without anything at all? the doctor told me im ready to go any day now..and im getting really anxious i dont know wat to expect at all!! ahhhhh lol
It can happen either way - waters first then contractions, or contractions first and water breaking quite well into labour.
Not much help is it! ;) I know it's hard but try to keep your mind occupied so you're not focusing on it too much, otherwise it just does your head in.
