Sleep walking toddler
Does anyone have any experience with sleeping walking Toddlers. I am pretty sure that Tori is starting to sleep walk. Last night DH found her standing in the middle of our dark lounge room at 1am just holding one of her toys, he got up and put her back to bed and she didnt say anything except to ask for her dummy.
About 15 mins later she got up again and came into our room (which she normally does when she wakes in the night) and it took me over 3 hours to get her back to bed, she just cried everytime we put her back to bed
I am wondering if she was sleep walking and when DH put her back to bed she got really upset and confussed and that is the reason she didnt settle for ages.
Does anyone else have experience with sleep walkers?

i dunno if it is sleep walking, or just that she woke up a little disorientated and found herself in the lounge room rather than in your room. maybe just see if it keeps happening. sorry not much help here.

Ali,
Olivia doesn't do it often, but she does do it occasionally.
It started when she moved into a big girl bed, just for a few nights, then it stopped. Then it started again when she came out of night time nappies.
It is only occasionally and I have a feeling it happens when she is going through any type of "change".....
I have no suggestions on how to stop it at all, I'm sorry. We just really quietly put her back to bed. No lights on or much talking, just guide her back to bed and then give her a cuddle. Sometimes I lie on her bed with her for a few mins until I hear her breathing change to sleep then sneak back to my own bed!
