Spotting After Internal... Normal??

Hey all,
I had an appt with my OB this morning and she did an internal to see if things were progressing well. She said my cervix was still right back and she couldnt really feel it properly. SInce this morning I have had a few crampy like pains down low like my vagina is going to drop out (sorry for the TMI) It is difficult to walk when I get these cramps but they only last for a few seconds, 20 at the most and then that is it. My concern is the small amount of mucousy spotting that I am having. It is just enough to come out on a panty liner and when I wipe. It is a light browny to pinkish colour (Sorry TMI) Bubs movements are fine and apart from the spotting I feel fine... Should I give my doctor a call in the morning if it hasn't gone away?

Hmmm if you are concerned, call your doctor. I had an internal toward the end of my pregnancy too and bled a little afterward and it eventually stopped. I wouldn't worry too much ;)

Sounds like your plug is starting to come away how exciting.....

yer my doc did an internal and said that its normal to spot after one! i also had mucusy stuff after it too! good luck with the rest of ur pregnancy!

Well today is the magical day and not a damn thing is happening lol. I have an appointment to be induced on the 11th if I dont go before hand. I keep having low (real low) down pains but they never stick around. Oh well I guess it's just wait and see time.
