Have you used the creche at the gym?

Some people I know say that they are terrible and they would never use a creche. I really want to get to a gym but don't want him to be somewhere that isn't safe or friendly. What do you think?

yes DD goes to the gym creche.. and i have never had a problem with them!!
she has been going since she 5 months old and all the staff must be qualified to work there!! and police checked!! i find most people that dont like child care centres are really following what others have said and never gone into one themselves!!

Maggie has been to 2 gym creches, one was for members only, her current one is an occasional care centre that is council run, but located in a gym. They have been fine. Like any childcare it is very dependent on the actual staff there. The council run one is the better one, as it is the same staff members on each day, so matter what day I book there is some consistency in care. At my old gym there were a number of casual staff, so it could vary from day to day who was on which can be unsettling.
