Childcare - St. Kilda

Hi there,

I'm moving to the St. Kilda area of Melbourne, from Adelaide and need to find childcare for my DS. I'm wondering if someone could recommend a community (not-for-profit/ commercial) child care centre in the area? I'm also interested in family day care.

I live in Port Melbourne, 5 mins from St Kilda, the best idea is to call the Port Philip council or log onto the web site http://www.portphillip.vic.gov.au click on People and Community to find families and Children.....phew! There you will find all the details.

I was on the waiting list for FDC in Port Phillip, but had to go private as we didn't get in in time. They called me 2 weeks ago with some spots avaliable in FDC.

I would call ASAP and get your name on the list.
