I did a HPT this morning and got a feint second line with Confirm and then did another test with a Discover and 2 lines came up straight away. I am over the moon but now alittle freaked out!
What do I do next?

Wow, congratulations! The first thing I did (apart from celebrate :) ) was book into my GP to get the pregnancy confirmed and to get a referral to the hospital.

Congratulations, yep go get it confirmed at the docs and go from there.
Oh and when are you due? You can come and join the belly buddies threads as well.

I am happy but dont want to fully belive it now as I am scared that the next test I do it will not bet there - is that silly??
I will book an appoint with my doctor on Monday - what do I expect her to do??
Congratulations, Kafergirl :confetti: Your doctor will possibly make you do another urine test and then give you a referral for blood tests to be done. From your LMP date, your doctor will tell you your baby's EDD. Great news!! :dance:

The doctor will probably run the blood tests on you to check and they'll be able to give you an estimate as to how far along you are (if you don't know of course!!).
You might find that your doc will check your blood pressure (which they continue to do through your pregnancy) and she'll probably also tell you what you can and can't eat.
I know what you mean about thinking it's not there, I was convinced that my test was wrong and took another two tests (different brands!) and they all came up positive!! Then I went to the doctor and got the blood test results and STILL didn't believe it!! haha!
