Has anyone ever had any luck with a want it now post on ebay?

Yes I wanted a discontinued aftershave for DH and one was listed a week later.
On the left hand side of your 'my ebay' page there is a link to something called want it now where you can post a wanted ad.
It's free to post in but I'm just wondering if I'm wasting my time posting there or if I'm going to be bombarded with offers for stuff that is nothing like what I have asked for.
I've just gone ahead and posted there so I'll see how it goes now...
