Naming day music!

We are having DS naming day in April, at the beach, and wanted to play some lovely music!
I wanted it to be written by a parent or about your child. Does anyone have any suggestions of songs!

We have a lovely cd with songs for dads on it but none for mums:(

Also maybe any poems, or little sayings we could use!

I am actually putting together a cd for Sam's Christening as we speak. Just thought I would share what I have come up with so far:
* Little boy man - Katie Noonan
* Godspeed (sweet dreams) - Dixie Chicks
* Beautiful Boy - Celine Dion (or John Lennon if you really don't like Celine but I love her and her version is lovely because it says 'Mummy's here' on fourth line where as JL version says 'Daddy's here')
* Sunrise - Norah Jones (this one mainly because we've seen so many sunrises up early feeding)
* Songbird - Eva Cassidy
* A New Day has come - Celine Dion
* Here Comes the Sun - The Beatles
* Till there was you - The Beatles

I really really love the Katie Noonan song, I downloaded it from itunes tonight & can't stop listening to it.

Those songs are beautiful! His naming day was actually last march :) We found some nice songs and a few readings! It ended up being a really beautiful day!
