I'd say it has to do with your fluid intake... try keeping a bottle of water next to you and sip it as you're feeding if possible. I used to get head spins when feeding Harrison too, the bottle of water trick helped me loads.
Perhaps discuss it with your MHCN or Dr.

It could be that you're not drinking enough, but also could be a mineral, like iron, that you are low in. A blood test could be a good idea in case you need a supplement. I also have lowish blood pressure at the best of times and it seems to be lower when bfing, so maybe have your bp tested too. I feel dizzy from time to time so my GP is pretty thorough with bts and bp checks but I'm fine.
I'd grab a snack while feeding too, or maybe something sweet - or make it a sweet drink now & then instead of water.

Thanks for your replies. I think I will make sure I have a glass of water (or cordial) with me for every feed. It has been pretty hot here so that could have something to do with it too.
