Second Induction Questions

hey

Just some questions for those who have had two or more inductions.

I am currently booked in for my 3rd birth but its my second induction. (medical reasons)

I am wondering what are the chances of it being the same as the previous induction i had??

with my 1st induction i had my waters broken and drip inserted and around 4 hrs later bubs arrived. There was no other need for interevntion of any type. I didnt tear or need help with epipsotimy (sp) I did have gas and pethadine right at the end.

I am very happy with how my induction went but am worried this one may not progress the same and i may end up with alot of interventions.

My midwife is fantastic and knows what i want and wont let the drs interfer at all.

i will be around 38 weeks at the time of the induction.

i have been induced 4 times and probably will end up being again and all i acn tell you is i am the same as you water brocked then drip put in and baby born short time later with no further intervention or complications no stitches and i loed my births each one got quicker and if possible even better my first was 4 hours 2nd 3 hours 3rd 1.5 hours and 4th 50 mins mind you my only spontanious labour was 28 mins so im hopeing foe another super quick one.hope that helps

Im just worried baout the intervention rate with inductions but unfort i have no other choice.

I figure i hvae had to good births, one spon and one induct and no probs so i guess i needed the reasurance that well you have done this before so it shouldnt be any dif.

any one else with anything??

My first induction was 11 hours, waters broken, drip, epidural, no stitches

My second induction was bliss, 2.5 hours, waters broken, drip, no stitches, no drugs, not even gas.
