Hi,
I am an Australian currently living in Japan. Ever since my very first visit to the doctor they have given me scans.... Is this normal? Its great to get so many pictures of the baby but I was wondering if its in any way harmful to the baby... She seems to move around alot during and after the scans... can anyone help? :confused:

Although there is no definite proof that frequent ultrasound scans can have any detrimental effects on your baby there is some suspicion that there could be some adverse effects with learning ability as your baby grows. If you email me I will send you a couple of articles on the subject.
