Makeup recommendation
I have bad allergies and my hubby's 30th is coming up. My normal foundation contains a form of retinol in it (not on the label but read the ingredients) and i'm trying to find a foundation which does not contain retinol.
Any recommendations?
P.S. I read on 1 website that retinol is sometimes used in low-fat milk, has anyone heard of this because i haven't and that is all i drink (skim milk that is)..

Hi,
I am in the same boat, i have just read the ingredients in mine and it contains Retinyl Palmitate. It is not an active ingredient, however i am really worried now. I am 11 weeks pregnant and have been using this all throughout so far. I am seriously concerned and just wonder if anyone could give some advice on how much damage they think this could have done. I will be definately looking for a new foundation too Snowchickie!!

I've heard from lots of people that mineral make-up is good for sensitive skin, but like any kind of skin-care or cosmetics not all brands are perfect for all skin types. The two that I know of are Inika (which I think is new-ish) and Aveda (actually, come to think of it, I'm not sure if it's mineral but it's def natural-ingredient based).

I have purchased a Revlon Mineral Makeup and no retinol in the ingredients so i'll give it a go. :)
