Good cover pattern?

I am wanting to have a bit of a play with patterns for covers for over prefolds for NBs and was wondering what people had used.

i think you have to find something that you find easy to work with and will fit snuggly enough. Do you want them to be finished of with snaps or velcro?
there arent that many patterns out there..but I have heard taht SL have patterns for covers and nappies. I made my ownf or my needs and went from there

Thanks Maz - it is good to know that it wasn't my inept googling that was coming up blank! I have been thinking velcro finishing - snaps look great but I am only playing at this stage.
Sorry - but who or what is SL (feel free to laugh at the MCN newby!)

I have a Bambino Mio cover that I think I could probably draft a pattern with if I cna't find anything else.

Do you crochet at all? If you do, try the Tickle Turdle wrap pattern, google the name. It's pretty easy once you have a look at the pattern (I make them in two evenings of watching tv..) and makes a really cute cover. You could easily do velcro closures. I don't think it'd be all that hard to do even if you've never crocheted before...

I spent ages looking for a "free" patten, and ended up purchasing a "very baby" wrap cover patten. Seems pretty simple and versatile (snaps or velcro) and I am just waiting for it to get delivered. I am going to be using them over some hemp prefolds that I just made. When I finally get there I will let you know how they work out.
I did find a pattern with gussets, but wanted something simpler to start on... When I remember where I can let you know... ETA - It was a wee wekaHTH

Dah! Of course. Here I was thinking of brand names of MCNs! The best I could come up with was Super lovable (actually maybe that is what I will have to call any that I make now!)

Ruffalia - I have been looking at the very baby ones - I will be interested to hear what you think once yours arrives.
