Did i Ovulate twice?

OK - so FF hasnt been very friendly this month!

Please have a look - i think i may have ovulated twice - My periods were due on CD 28 and its now CD31.... we arent trying just yet and abstained through all of the time around "ovulation" ... but looking at this i think i may have ovulated again around CD19, due to the dip?

Breasts are achy, feeling a bit sick, crampy pains like but not unlike period IYKWIM... but was goung to make my FS appointment today and am scared - if i am i am sure we will lose it without having been screened.

Please let me know what you think?

Kitten - I wasn't able to see your chart from the link. I do know that you can ovulate twice if your body releases more than one egg.
