Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Its quite common in pregnancy and I have had it for about a week now.
ETA: Noticed your note about the belly shots. Just thought I'd let you know that you can't put up pics until you have made 50 posts. :) HTH

Yep it's carpal tunnel & there's not a lot you can do about it other than try to keep your arms elevated abov your heart, especially when you're sleeping. I've had it since about 13 weeks & can't wait for bub to be born & my hands to be back to normal!! It goes away pretty quickly once they're born, so it's just smething you have to deal with. If it gets too bad your Dr might reccomend splints.

I have had it quite bad this pregnancy. Due to also having pelvic instability I had to see a physio and found he was able to help a little bit with my wrist. I ended up changing to an osteo, mainly for for my pelvis, but she has greatly helped with the carpal tunnel. I am also drinking a birth tea a the moment (RLT, nettle, dandelion, lemon balm) and this is helping to keep the fluid retention down. Less fluid = less pain. So if you can see a naturopath or go to a health food store that knows what they are talking about.
Mine got worse post birth due to overuse of my wrists, so I am really trying to keep on top of it this time.
