Anyone been to Hong Kong Disneyland?

We are lookign at going to Disneyland in Hong Kong but are wondering how it's best done. Staying in the hotels at the park for 2-3 nights, because I'm sure you couldn't possibly enjoy the whole thing in a day (especially with 2 children), or staying in a hotel outside the park & visiting every couple of days?

Also, how far from Hong Kong city is Disneyland?

Both my DH & I have never been to Hong Kong so we are wanting to know where is best to stay?
