TTC 15mths for 3rd child

Hi,
Just wanted to vent about my situation which I'm sure I am not alone. My hubby and I are despirate to have a 3rd child and we have been trying for 15mths and counting, it is becoming quite depressing. You get your hopes up and then nothing, you feel a little sick and could I be goes through your head.
I have miscarraged twice both at about 5weeks, though had no miscarriages before my other children. I am starting to think the dr. tied something off during my last delivery.
I have just had a blood test for hormones etc... still waiting for results.
to make it worse (sounds very selfish) my BF has just told me she is prego with twins.
