Laura - glad things are going well for you. Thanks for keeping us up to date because I find it soooo encouraging but obviously just glad that things are going well for you.

Trac - sorry to hear that your doc has been less than helpful. I'm sure if it was ectopic then you would have severe pain by now. If you have heaps of symtoms (which it sounds you do) then I guess that is usually a good indicator that things are progressing as they should be. :hug: for you and :wall: to the unthoughtful doctor and boss.

Kategirl - thanks for dropping in, as I said to laura it's sooooo great to see you guys doing well.

jen - sorry can't help. unless I temp I have no idea what my body is doing.

jen & mmteacher - of course you are welcome here. I've actually been to Phoenix too, little while ago now but I remember having dinner at a place called Sams Cafe?!?! I love America, I've been twice before and if no bub or pg by the end of the year we're planning on going again. I need another goal to focus on just incase this isn't our year.

Issy - alternative bd plan sounds good. I have also heard that morning swimmers are the healthiest. My Dh does shift work though so who knows when his swimmers are happiest? Good luck and I hope it works for you.

pbstar - you're funny :D i meant to bd this morning too, but DH got a little impatient last night :rolleyes: I have made him wait for 3 days...not so happy about that apparently....he's just spoit I reckon (especially around ov time ;)). Honestly, you'd think I asked him to wait a year!!!!

Katiegirl--Thanks for your input! It's a good thing you know your body so well and had that gut feeling! This was my first month charting, and I don't have a thermometer. I thought I'd give it a try for the first month without temping, but I may have to check into it now. Thanks again, take care!

Hi everyone, haven't been in for a few days but wanted to say thanks for the :pink-babydust: and positive thoughts that everyone is handing out - like someone said a few days ago its about time we get ready to storm the PAML thread... mass exodus with our bfp's this month ladies! So lovely coming in here for a "pep talk"...

Emmy-lou, looks like we are close enough to be cycle buddies - hope the lead up to o goes quickly for you, and then afterwards that the 2ww flies by!

Issy - thanks for the info on morning bd'ing... will be trying any little extra thing possible this cycle. Might have to set the alarm to wake up well before ds though - eek!

smilinatu and jen - I have fingers and toes crossed for your bfp's... I have only ever have bfp's a couple of days after AF due ... Am sending lots of keep AF away vibes (nasty nasty AF!) Jen, I only tried charting for the first time last month and did include temps. Wanted to chart my first cycle after d & c to see if it could tell me anything interesting, and also to give me something to do until I could "properly" start ttc. Initially it told me I had o'd on cd 14 based on all data, then something I entered later in the cycle did freak it out a bit and it changed its mind. Have no idea what though?! Found myself obsessing over possible triphasics and thought it may be best to give charting a bit of a break this cycle and just try and bd every 2 or 3 days! Oh, and hope the cupcakes turned out yummy :)

Wow...it is quite a rollercoaster ride! Thanks for the well wishes ladies...I have everything crossed for you all as well! AF is due tomorrow I have no period pimples which is highly unusual for me I ALWAYS have 1 or 2...time will tell we are getting close. I had another BFN this am...I wish I could stop testing it's so disappointing to see the BFN every time! Has anyone ever had BFN 1 day before AF and STILL gotten a BFP? I love this forum!!!

jenushka--I like the sound of that--the keep AF away vibes! lol... I, too, find myself obsessing over this and it's just ridiculous, I'm going to get gray hair! If I'm not pg this mo. I'm going to make sure we BD every d**n day just so I don't miss the right one! Or maybe I should just give temping a try, huh? The main reason why I didn't try it already is b'cuz I practically have to sneak out of bed in the am so I don't wake DF. So if I have to temp before I get out of bed, I'm worried I'll have a VERY cranky DF to deal with! :rolleyes:

AFM~Today was supposed to be my 10 week appointment and I would have gotten to hear a heartbeat...Instead, just an annual exam-I was sad...On a brighter note, my new doctor is really great and I feel totally comfortable with her! She said that my right ovary is full so that is the one that will ovulate around day 16 or 17. She also said that she will be changing me from days 5-9 for the Clomid to days 3-7 so I will O sooner and have shorter cycles! She said she is willing to try up to 6 cycles and if I am not PG then she will send me to a fertility specialist so let's just hope it works soon! Tonight I get to have free steak at a dinner for DH's work-wahoo...that will help cheer me up! Just seeing this board cheered me too-I am so glad to have all of you today and always on this journey!

mmteacher - aawwww :hug: honey - can totally understand where ur coming from. It's like a little dig at u as to where u could have otherwise been. At least ur doc is looking after u well and u have a plan. Have fun tonight honey at the dinner - yum!! steak!! Take care sweet.

Morning all,

Well AF is not here yet so I did a test and negative again. Hope she turns up soon so I can move on with the next cycle. I'm having quite sharp pains too, been the most bizarre cycle ever. I started a diet yesterday, I weighed myself for the first time in ages and I only have to lose about 3.5kgs so I'm happy about that (I actually thought it was going to be 5kgs). Think I will sit out the next cycle, which will give me a month (and an extra two weeks til O really) to lose the weight and try to get really, really healthy and get rid of the hormone imbalance. If I dont get any PMS next month then I'll know my hormones are back in check and I'll have the green light to start TTC again. Soon as AF arrives I will do a weight loss ticker, that's my focus for this month. Thank you all so much for your support, you have saved my life over the past few days.

Smilanatu - How are you, did Af show? Heaps of people dont get a BFP until after AF, got my fingers crossed.

Canary, pbstar and issy - Good luck catching the eggy this month.

Jen - Got my fingers crossed, hope AF stays away on Thurs.

Trac - Your symptoms are sounding really positive, that's probably why your dr is not worried at all. Just try to stay positive, I'm sure the US will show you a gorgeous healthy bubs.

Laura - Wow you might be further along than you thought. Whatever it is that is causing it to be so high, its a pretty good sign. Bubs is definately firmly implanted in there.

mmteacher - :hug:, so sorry that all you got is your annual exam instead of a heartbeat. Sounds like you have a really good and thoughtful dr though. Good luck catching the eggy this month.

Jodsan--Thanks, mine are crossed as well! Feeling a little bloated and gassy (sorry, tmi), but on a positive note, last time those were 2 of my symptoms--although not quite this early I don't think. :pray:

mmteacher--It's about time I figured those things out! :hooray: Hey did you see those 4 weird lights up in the sky last night? Saw it on the news tonight, they said it flew over Phoenix, but I don't know how close you are--just thought I'd ask 'cuz as soon as they said Arizona, I thought of you! Sorry about your appt. :hug:. You'll be hearing a healthy :heartbeat: very soon!
