Kell, it's going to depend on individual circumstances. It's possible to use 150mg of clomid, and the gyn may want to try that first.
They may also refer you to a fertility specialist in order to induce ovulation with FSH injections (for IUI or timed intercourse), or they may suggest straight to IVF. There's also the possibility that they may suggest a lap to check for other problems like endo, or to do ovarian drilling. I'm not sure there's any way to predict precisely what they will do.

as bw has so eloquently said, there are soooooo many ways that your specialist might guide you from here. a lot of it will depend on your past history, and a lot of it will depend on the doctors preferences in treatment. i've done the clomid non-response thing, so will give you a bit of a run down on what my doc did - it's one of soooooooo many ways they might go though, so it really is just a guess
ovarian drilling
clomid 50
clomid 100
clomid 150
IUI 1 (200iu)
IUI 2 (150iu) - bfp and angel baby
IUI 3 (175iu)
IVF 1 (300iu)
FET 1 (medicated)
FET 2 (soon!!)
now, that's the short hand. the long hand of it is, when going through IUI or IVF, follicles were induced by injections of follicle stimulating hormone and then ovulation triggered. for the IUI's, i was left to ovulate, for the IVF, my eggs were collected and fertilised in a lab.
your FS will probably want to investigate what is happening (not sure if you've had a lap and dye studies of your tubes), may want to do the ovarian drilling to make your ovaries more receptive to the meds. depending on the FS, they may do ovulation induction with the meds, and then timed intercourse - my FS won't do it and moves straight to IUI. if you move to IUI (i'm assuming your DP has an ok count if they're doing clomid and natural conception), you'll have ovulation monitored and "forced", DP will provide a sample that will be cleaned of impurities, this sample will then be inserted into your uterus through a catheter into your cervix.
there are a number of different protocols for ovulation induction. expect the unexpected. you may have to go on the pill a while to force af to visit. you may have to use synarel nasal spray. you may have to use injectible medications. it's not fun. we don't always respond the way the doctors want, and starting out is little more than experimentation until the doctor knows how your body works!
we're all here to answer your questions if you have more. i've been pretty sketchy just to give you an idea, but if you want more info, feel free to ask (and then PM me so i know to come in and answer in case i miss your post!)
good luck
