Hi sweetie,
Sorry for the loss of your angel  I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy Aug 2006, my right tube ruptured, blood transfusion and nice big scar (like a c-section).... however I was told many different times about when we could ttc - 6 months, 3 months! One wonderful OB said to me ttc when you are emotionally ready, and we were ready! Even though I was still really angry and sad and a bit sore!! I waited a few months until I got my first AF back then tried and fell on the second cycle (Dec) and now we have a wonderful boy Aiden!! I admit the pregnancy was scary and I thought that with every twinge and pain it was happening again ...
Sorry to waffle on!! Wishing you all the very best with ttc again xx If you need to talk please PM me! Take care hun
Sending you many hugs.
Even though I have not had an ectopic PG My best friend did. And she went on to have 2 beautiful children. HTH

Thanks Ladies,
Its good to hear from someone who has been thru it, spend several days in hosp and got told a diff thing by every doc and ob that saw me...
To top it off split up with my guy the week after...
Portia & Liza,
Im so very sorry for your loss my sweets. I had an ectopic in Dec 05 and lost my right tube too. Its a very difficult time and one where you are grieving for the loss of your baby and your baby making bits. I was told that my chances of falling pg were decreased and the chance of repeat ectopic was increased etc etc.. We started TTC again in March 06, I had an early m/c in September 06, and then fell pg again in Nov 06. When I went for my first ultrasound I asked them to tell me which ovary had released the egg, and they told me that the egg came from the right ovary (and they too were pretty impressed that I had no tube on that side and still managed to get pg!). That clever 'egg' is now a 9mo cheeky little monkey.
Wishing you all the best of luck for your new ttc journey, dont be afraid, have faith in yourself. Best of luck and lots of hugs,
Lisa xx
