Low blood pressure?
I normally have low blood pressure, but today I woke up and was dizzy before I even got out of bed. I've been having dizzy spells all day and the m/s has gotten bad again.
I'm guessing my blood pressure has dropped even lower, is there anything I can do to help it stabilise. I know I should be careful when standing up, and I try not to look at the computer to long, but is there any types of food or something that can help?
I need to be careful because this happened last pg and was followed by PIH from 35 weeks.
TIA

Hi I had blood pressure of 80/50 at my last check-up, normally it's 110/60. Anyway I read that Licorice was a natural way of helping to bring blood pressure back up. I also have to be careful as I have had pre-eclampsia with each pregnancy.

Drink heaps of fluids, try to keep your water intake up to at least 2 litres a day and an extra cup for every caffinated beverage you drink as they dehydrate you. Both my pregnancies I had low blood pressure, falling over and fainting.... so I found keeping up my water was the best thing.
