Advise needed on "show"

Ok, so went to the loo last night and had some very pink mucus. The first trip to the loo had more of a bright red apperance, then started to go more pinky from then on. Freaked out cause im only 34 wks. So rang hospital and they said not to freak, it still could be weeks away. That im ok with. Im now wondering if any of you other mummies that have a pink mucus wks before labour, does it stay pink or does it go back to the white colour? Please advise me on this!! Thank you.

It may not have been a part of your 'show' either - if you have DTD lately it could have been from that. I started losing my plug at 37wks with my 4th baby, but it varied between being white/clear to a yellowy/brown colour.
