Quiche too runny?
I made some mini-quiches this morning for the first time and although they tasted just delish they were a bit runny. Does this mean that either a) there wasnt enough egg in them to "bind" or b) I didnt cook them long enough or c) a combination of the both! :dunno:

I'd take a rough guess and say that you didn't cook them long enough. When I cook my quiche, I usually give it a little shake every now and then and see what the centre does... and when the centre is pretty much not wobbling anymore, I take it out and let it rest for 5 or so mins before serving.
