Nuchal Fold Scan

Having a pregnancy brain moment - Remembering back to my first pregnancy I thought they told me I had to have the nuchal fold between 10 and 12 weeks but this time the doc has said 12 to 14weeks.

I'm sure the docs right but can anyone tell me what they were told/know please ???

we had ours done at the 12week scan (was at 11 1/2 weeks actually)

I guess try for earlier than later

well i'm booked in for 12 wks 3 days at the moment.....

I had mine done at 12wk 6days I think.... maybe they have changed the guidelines as to when is the best time to have them done?

I'm pretty sure 12 weeks is the magical number, so maybe no more than a week either side?

I think it`s 11 - 13 weeks they like to see you but no more then 14 weeks. I`m not 100% certain as I didn`t have a NT last time.

thanks everyone - obviously pregnant brain was at it again (or just my slack memory) it seems the date I picked fits in fine with the criteria.

I thought it had to be 11-13 weeks as well (I had it at exactly 12wks last time) but this time the dr and the hospital have told me 12-14 weeks, so I am having it at 14 weeks.

I was to have mine today 11 weeks but I was only borderline on the length measurement so she told me to come back next week. My US techician prefers at least 12 weeks...

I'm booked in for mine tomorrow, 12 weeks 2 days. The clinic I'm going to do them up to 13 weeks and 4 days.

Can't get over the cost $210!
