PCOS - sudden bloating and pain

Hi girls

Just wondering if anyone else gets the same symptoms I do...?

I was fine 30mins ago, but all of a sudden I'm bloated and when I cough (I am just getting over the flu), it kills! Feels like my lower half is going to explode!

Anyone else have the same thing going on?

Hi there.

I don't get much pain but bloating is a real issue for me. Sometimes I look like I am 4 months pregnant.
