I have just been reading on another website about no-no foods in pregnancy (being that i just replied to the kebab thread :redface:), and one person says: "Liver - liver is a rich source of iron. However it contains a high level of Vitamin A. Large amounts of Vitamin A can be harmful to the baby."
Does anyone know how much liver this would be? Or is this right?
This is another food that I rather feel like, thats all.
