Mylanta is fine, as are Rennie tabs and Quick eze.
The hospital told us Mylanta, but also gave us the chewable quik-ese (the berry one) in a sample bag at the antenatal class
cheers guys for that...:)
will give them a go for sure...:hooray:
any other hints? :)
take care,
;)
i was wondering about those myself, been gettin heartburn last few days, not a nice feeling
thanks
yeah it is yuk!!!
i was taking gaviscon but i think mylanta may be the way to go now....???
whenever i seem to ask the chemist about tablets during pregnancy they all say different things...??? gets so confusing...:(
take care,
;)
I couldnt stand the gaviscon, made me sick. But the mylanta everescent is good, I used that when Im at home & the quick-eze chewables (berry) when Im out coz its more convenient
get yourself some fruit tingles.
Not joking they really are fantastic.
hello-funny will do-thanx alot!!!
no worries hun!
I have been using tums and there great and taste alright too. They had a sign up in the shop saying good for pregnancy so i thought ild try them there real good. especially for wind
Healthfirst here in Canberra say no to Mylanta because it contains aluminium - depends on how much and how often I think you take it.
However, my GP said ok if I only need it once every couple of days.
I find quickeze tabs good for fast relief - and avoid tomato based foods for dinner - and spicy foods ...
