Acupuncture for fertility in Perth?

Hello everyone,

I'm scheduled for my FET next month and was contemplating trying out acupuncture for the first time. I have read it can be helpful to complement IVF therapies and from some of the previous posts, seems like it's popular. I've been avoiding it because of the scary needles! :redface:
I'd be interested to hear any experiences with it, and perhaps recommendations for a good clinic within the Perth area.

Hi Pickles, I am not in Perth but have found AP really good for 1. coping with IVF, 2. giving me peace of mind around ET time to ensure I am doing all that I can to help my embies out, 3. preparing my body for a cycle and ET (normally for a few months before and after if possible). I haven't had any success with pg yet but mainly because I have crap eggs if any at all.

Perhaps try it out and see how you feel and there have been clinical studies to show that there are increased pg rates associated with AP treatments.

Thanks for that. It's taken me a while to get my head around it, but I think I'm definately going to give it a try. Anything that helps is good at this stage. Best of luck with everything!
