learning to burp

ok silly question!!
i cant burp unless im about to throw up!! now i have indigestion and really need to burp, can i be taught!! any tips? fizzy stuff doent really work
any help appreciated!

Try some degas, you can get from s/market or chemist. I take it when I am bloated, and I often find it helps me to burp. And it is safe.

Fruit tingles make me burp!!!

Have your partner pat you on the back like a baby.. lol... sounds stupid but if I have trouble getting a burp up, thats what we do... LOL

kim had fruit tingles last night, didnt help burbing :(
mel takes a lot for me to burb but will try that one!!

only way i can get rid of the indigestions is by burbing and cos it gets so bad i throw up :(
