Anyone had any while pregnant? I did last night but I bet it's not allowed. Can anyone confirm?

Pizza was one of the rare things I managed to keep down in the first few weeks.

As long as it's heated to a good temperature it should be fine.

Pizza is cooked at quite a high temp and should be fine as long as it is fresh
