Bach Rescue Remedy Drops
Has anyone taken these during pregancy? I have read that they are ok to use but i just wanted to check if anyone else has used them. I find them really effective for relaxation and nerves and i have to do an important speech and not sure i can do it without them - all in my head i think!!
