I've got sore ribs. Jellybean is moving around heaps down really low. I've got a sore patch on the right side of my tummy up high then underneath that spot it's numb, OB says it's normal. Has anyone else experienced this??
I want Jellybean to come out i'm getting sooooooooo excited to meet him/her so is hubby.
I've also been getting some really bad sharp pains around my cervix. Ouch!! Whats causing this pain.
Hi, oh honey I remember feeling the exact same way a couple of months ago!
I had the numbness in the middle of my tummy under my bra, it's from everything being stretched way too much! The feeling comes back don't worry.
The sharp pains around you cervix is probably the pressure of bub's head, I had that pain once DD's head was engaged. I also had ribs pain from her big feet being stuck up there, they can also be sore from expanding so much to make room...
The only suggestion I have is rest rest rest. That will help the pelvic pain. But it is all normal, hang in there you won't even remember it when you have your gorgeous little bundle to cuddle! :)
I have been getting the sore patch that goes numb under my ribs too and was actually going to ask my OB next week. You have put my mind at ease. :) Thank you

The cervix pain is most likely just baby wriggling on it and your ribs are sore from them begining to expand. Baby is growing so much now that your ribs will expand a little for your insides AND baby to fit inside. There's not much room for him/her now.

I keep trying not to wish our bundle out though as this is our last so i should be 'savouring' the last time being pregnant.......but its getting harder to savour!

Hi everyone, thanks heaps :D you have put my mind at ease, great to hear i am not alone, will keep in touch with the progress.
With my first daughter she was up near my ribs all the time and i could never get comfy. Unfortunately its just one of the negs about preg, before you know it your lil jellybean will be out and u'll forget all about it.

Is it normal to NOT get sore ribs?? Mine get a bit sore if I've been hunched over at the computer for long periods of time... but it's not the kind of pain that causes concern.
