sorry it has taken me so long to get on here..had owen last wednesday(a week ago!!!!) all is great for both of us, labour was agony but all went well and looking back it doesn't seem that bad!!(i think this is a hormone thing!!)he is absolutely gorgeous..i put some pics on the website..ben and i are both smitten..he weighed 8p5oz and was 50cm long..i didnt have an epidural and only had to push for 20mins after dialating from 3cm to 10cm in just over 2 hrs..my waters broke at 4am before contractions started and once they picked up at 7am they were pretty close together and strong from the start..i had him at 1.40pm, despite all the mdwives saying that it wouldn't happen until the evening..am very thrilled, but busy..will try to get on again soon..
