oh the term CC is so negative imo ;) I too never leave my child to get so distressed etc. You just get to know your babies different cries and therefore are able to go back in when the crying changes to beyond 'complaining about the current arrangements' :) I describe better how we approached our little ones sleep patterns as "teaching a baby the art of sleep - with no props" ;) Sorry, also not intending to hijack the thread just also wanted to clarify as I feel some parents miss the opportunity for 'good sleepers' sooner due to such a negative take on a version of CC :) Just my thoughts and certainly don't feel judged :hug:
