Cauliflower Soup & How to Cook Yummily?
The other day I bought another whole, large cauli, and I'm not entirely sure why. :dunno: I have just managed to finish the first one, which was much smaller than the second, so I want to do something different to steaming, like I do with all my vegies....
I was thinking soup, but that would be an awful lot of soup! (I suppose I could freeze it) Does anyone have any good cauli soup recipes?
And for those that cook it often, do you do anything aside from steaming it in water (adding some vinegar to the water is coming to mind, but again, don't know why)?
