Foot cramps in 3yr old

DD#1 has been getting foot cramps on and off for the past couple of weeks......mainly happening after she has been sitting at the dinner table for a little while. Last night she had the most horrible cramp yet that she screamed the house down :( I felt so horrid for her as I'd get cramps during pg but the poor little sausage can't work it all out obviously - apart from that it really hurts her.

I'm thinking I might take her to the GP to begin with to see if she may need supplements? :dunno:

Has anyone else's little cherubs gone through the same thing?

Oh :hug: that sounds absolutly terrible!.
I have no advice, my children have never expereinced this at all before so i would definatly take her to the doctor and just see what they say.

If it continues then get her vit/mins checked. I think from memory it is low magnesium that can cause muscle cramps. HTH
