Hi every one

family is the best option for that first party
or if you know your neighbours do a door knock up the street and have one at your place first time
best of luck ....
thanks rach75
I guess I should have said I have done the friends, family and tried the neighbours, I started about 3 weeks ago.
Now I am all out of parties and people I know.
Just wanting to know where to go next, I just keep thinking people will just say no all the time as I haven't had very good response so far.
ah ok I though tyou meant very first
well why not do up some brochures on you printer and do a letterbox drop a few blocks away from home maybe have a incentive have a party bring a friend get a gift...or something..
Thanks so much I will give it a go and see what happens
It is just not easy to get a new business started I guess never done anything like this before
I know the feeling unfortunalty my gran got sick and I only lasted 2 mths in tupperware but I met a neighbou rwho I wouldn't normally have approached and we are such good friends she is my sons godmother, if it wasn't fo rtupperware we may not have spoken
best of luck
Tiger, who is your upline, team leader or whoever? This person should be supporting you and giving you tips and advice, not letting you fall flat so soon.
yep Tiger, talk to your manager about it.
Do you go to focus? That might be a good place to start.
Also if you are going to do a letterbox drop, follow it up by going backa few days and knocking on the door to speak to them, or do that from the start.
You couls also get out the local phone book and call people? One of the girls at my d'ship got 5 parties that way (mind you she made lots, lots lots more phone calls than that.)
I had another thought the lady out here placed a brochure on the local community board...maybe a idea for you as well
you could always try a mystery host party. You invite many people around to your place, either people you know or as a letterbox drop type thing. This saves people having to clean their house and arrange nibblies, (one of the reasons most people baulk at having their own parties). You can do an all day type one where you keep your kit set up and people can come and go as they please or arrange two different times to suit most people. They get a raffle ticket and whoever has their name drawn gets the host gifts.
I haven't personally tried this yet but will be in the near future once our move is finalised and I'm more set up.
Good luck and like the other girls have said, get your manager involved in helping. It's what they are there for. :)
WOW so many things to think about
thank you all so much my manager lives over an hour away so it is hard to get all the help I need
I have done some of the things you guys have suggested but it just didn't happen for me.
I will keep trying not ready to give up yet.
