There are a couple of spaces left tonight for the third part of the Birth Options workshop, in which Pinky McKay talks about the first days after birth - breastfeeding, bonding and care for mum and bub. All the vital things you need to know for a great experience in the first days after giving birth - and you need to know it before you give birth! Even if you have given birth before you will learn something new :)
