what are longies???
So I was looking through the gallery and kept coming across longies! What are these longies, what do they do and where can they be aquired? They're super-cute! Are they like nappies? I don't use cloth nappies because I can never find clothes to fit over them.

Nee Longies are knitted woolen pants and I think they are often used as covers for fitted nappies!
As for cloth have you looked into MCN - they're a lot slimmer than the old flanny/terry flats that made outfits bulky :)

Ok . . .
lol
Erm . . . the ones I have are pieces of towelling fabric and I fold em and put pilchers over them. Those are the old school ones yeah? Jeez I should've researched this when I was preg, back then I thought the ones I had were the only ones around!!

Seeing as you've spotted the longies in the gallery, have a look at the other pictures of nappies that have been uploaded for an idea of what MCN is :)
Basically they are a nappy that is shaped, has elastic and velcro or snaps to fasten it. Some have a waterproof barrier included, others don't and need a seperate cover.
To confuse you more come into the cloth nappy chatter thread HERE ;)
